How do I collect my winnings?

If you purchase a gift certificate or tickets, your item will be mailed to you.  For items that have been purchased, you will need to schedule a pick-up appointment at CET or ThinkTV.  Pick-up appointments at CET begin on Wednesday, September 20 at 10:00am.  To schedule a time to pick up your purchase at CET, click here Please note that all certificates will be mailed, and will not be available at a pick up appointment.  To schedule a time to pick up a purchased item at ThinkTV, please call Mary at 513-345-6579.

How does the Action Auction work?

All bidding will take place on this site and opens on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at noon. You can use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to place bids or check on the status of any item. So you can be the winning bidder wherever you are!

How do I know when a specific item will be closing?

Items numbered 100 - 999 will close on Tuesday, September 12 at 2pm; items numbered 1000 - 1999 will close on Friday, September 15 at 2pm and the remainder of the items will close on Sunday, September 17 at 9pm.

How do I participate in the Action Auction?

Get started online through this page.  Just hit the 'Register Now' button toward the top of this page.  Enter your name, address, phone number, email, and credit or debit card number.   You must register a valid credit or debit card to place a bid on an item.

Why should I overbid on an item?

LaRosa's will again be providing a coupon for a two-topping pizza for every item that sells for $5 or more above face value.  The coupons will be sent to buyers, directly from LaRosa's.

How do I know if I've been outbid or have won an item?

Browse the Action Auction and start bidding on your favorite items! You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. If you are NOT receiving text messages make sure that you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items.

How do I pay for my auction items?

Auction winners are required to make payment after being notified that they are the winning bidder. Please note that you will have the choice to either pay credit card fees yourself or have the fees paid by CET. If you have not paid for your items by 9:00am the day after your item closes, your registered card will be charged automatically.
